We love living at Park Avenue! Great location with wonderful amenities! There are food places right in the complex and Publix ... is a two minute drive away. Close to the highway as well. The staff and maintenance crew are very nice - Jenna and Jacy have been wonderful to work with! After experiencing shady business practices at another complex, even during a pandemic, we are so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the Park Ave team. Safe and clean grounds. Not much noise other than an occasional dog having fun playing with the others. Plenty of space to ... have privacy. No smoking facility!!! Occasionally the grills need cleaning but having to be a good steward of grilling in common areas comes with living in apartments. Dog lover paradise with green area and complementary courtesy bags and bins near every building. Clean parking lots & no junk left around. Awesome and thoughtful staff.
